Philip Pirrip		15 Aug 2013	Customer before me sent his back as vinegar. I asked for a taster and can only say it had burnt caramel and acetic qualities. Long delay before his bad 'un was replaced then a behind the bar cabal decided there was lots left in the cask so must be ok (!) and left on sale.
