Hogan Sampling		17 Oct 2025	Fresh on and very good head and lacing on this Tottenham bitter from north London and just north-east of Tottenham Hotspur FC's stadium. Its lacing almost lasted. A fruity bitter first hit. A dry hoppiness rising from its US hops. A caramel-infused maltiness jumping up from its British malts and yeast. A dry and moreish bitterness sailing out accompanied by its flotilla of toffee, honey and hazelnut notes.

Hogan Sampling		19 Dec 2024	Good head and lacing on this amber bitter from Tottenham. It had a sharp sourness in the mouthfeel which made it not very pleasing to my palette. It was very malty with caramel, toffee and honey notes lingering.
