Ian		05 Jan 2007	Beautiful clear amber colour with good lacing on the glass as the pint went down. Served in the new Adnams glassware. Great hoppy aroma with sweet strawberry too. Full malts in mouth, some syrupyness and then sweet hop finish. The finish was just slightly dusty too which took the edge off it being a 4/5

Ian		15 Apr 2006	When I got to Chambers I didn't realise the festival was at the back, so I started with a pint of this. They were cleaning the lines, so I had this on gravity from the cask. Citric hop and strawberry malt aroma. Fullish in mouth with strawberry caramel/hop and more strawberry fudge on teh end. Wonderful

Andrew		23 Feb 2008	This wasn't off but it certainly didn't taste like Skrimshander. I don't know if it was bottom of the barrel but it tasted like a cross between Skrimshander and Old Peculier. Shame as Skrimshander's usually lovely

Brian		27 Aug 2005	Second pint out of the barrel! Full of flavour, creamy in the mouth and fantastic hoppy bite in the aftertaste. In my opinion, exactly what a Kentish beer, served in the heart of Kent should taste like.
